Creation of a program linking startups with Group decision-makers, focusing on :

- Identification of strategic areas for sourcing and selecting startups

- Definition of selection process and support policy

- Structuring and support for partnership arrangements between startups and Leonard

More broadly, design and implementation of an innovation acculturation process for Group employees, in conjunction with the program
