Creation and management of the 212Founders program
Context and need
- In 2019, we created 212Founders, today the leading start-up accelerator in Morocco, which we have been running on behalf of CDG Invest since its launch. The management by INSKIP includes the sourcing and selection phase of startups, the support of projects and finally the management of the investment. 212Founders, it is 2000 candidate startups, 3 promotions, 55 projects selected, and 3M€ of investment to date
- Increased support for startups in Morocco is needed to accelerate and boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Goal: to make 212 Founders the No. 1 accelerator in Morocco
- Selecting projects with high potential to make them world champions from Morocco
Actions
- Development, deployment and control of the communication and sourcing strategy targeting, identity, website, SEO, SEA, outbound automation, event and RP
- Definition and implementation of the methodology and doctrine of accompanying projects and carriers by Entrepreneurs in Residence (strategy, testing, product, business development, marketing, finance)
- Selection piloting: development of criteria, dealflow management, jury
- Organization of Investment Committees
