Context and need
Ademe develops an ecosystem allowing direct access to energy without connecting to traditional distribution networks to meet the needs of economic development by providing reliable and sustainable solutions that go beyond the mere electrification of homes: irrigation for agriculture, basic energy services, water desalination, etc.
Actions
- To capitalize for donors and actors of access to energy a feedback on the implementation of projects and their impact.
- Design and realize the communication media allowing a sharing of lessons.
Results
- Construction of a framework for the analysis of projects, their implementation and their accompaniment
- Conducting qualitative interviews with the project holders and the donor
- Realization of a balance on the implementation: progress, positive points, brakes, results, main recommendations
