Defining the Dijon Métropole Innovation Roadmap

Dijon Métropole has already put in place an economic development strategy that bears its fruits in terms of attractiveness, and asks INSKIP to structure a strategy to accompany innovation and suitable tools, in complementary with existing paths and devices, in order to better meet the expectations of startups and SMEs / PMI in strong development of its territory.

• Large campaign of interviews (+50 stakeholders): Startups, SMEs and ETIs, large groups, supporting structures
• Quantitative online study
• Diagnosis of needs by sector and by brick of the innovation path
• Benchmark of best-in-class devices and methods in similar contexts and metropolises, and analysis of key success factors
• Construction of encryption and prioritizing scenarios consistent with expressed needs, complementary with existing devices, anchored in the reality of the daily life of innovation actors

• A roadmap for accompanying relevant and actionable innovation
• The creation of a health techno-pool to accelerate the development of innovation in this sector
