Context and need
The user experience for PRMs at Lyon airport is disastrous. Waiting times are interminable, and information arrives in dribs and drabs.
We need to review and create a new PRM management service that can be deployed at other airports.
Actions
Design and co-creation with users of the PRM management platform for Lyon airport users
Results
- Identification of the needs of PRMs in the organization of a transport hub
- Creation of WHEELY, a program to integrate PRMs into Lyon airport operations
- Positive feedback on WHEELY's implementation.
