Support for deployment of the Fisea+ technical support program

Alongside financing solutions, one of the main levers for private sector development in Africa, technical assistance (TA) is a gas pedal of financial performance, growth and impact. The aim of the FISEA+ program is to broaden Proparco's scope of intervention to include high-impact funds and SMEs that cannot be addressed by traditional tools and programs. This financing and support offer is aimed at players operating in the least mature, and therefore riskiest, environments.
