Support for the rollout of the Trait d'Union digital platform (state-owned startup) for the Grand Est region
Context and need
- The Trait d'Union digital platform was born out of the Grand Est region's desire to maximize the rate of return to employment for the people whose training it finances.
- It puts jobseekers and companies in touch with each other, via job immersion offers, so that they can discover jobs that are recruiting
- The region wanted to be supported in developing the platform and its use by jobseekers and companies, in liaison with key partners (Pôle Emploi in particular)
Actions
- Field survey of jobseekers, companies and training and employment experts, and benchmarking of existing solutions
- Redesign of the digital platform in terms of pathways and functionalities based on user needs
- Implementation of a communication campaign targeting new channels for sourcing candidates and offers
